Cashier

Job Qualifications: Previous cashier experience desired but not required.

Required Skills: Succesful candidate must have the ability to deliver excellent customer service, and must be accurate with strong attention to details. Basic reading, writing and math skills required. Must be able to pass drug screening.

Job Responsibilities:

• Utilizes effective salesmanship to meet customer needs and promote sales of Murry's products
• Provides great customer service
• Accurately records customer purchases in register and related equipment
• Knows all necessary product and item codes
• Collects customer cash, credit, checks or ebt/food stamp payment
• Bags customer order and provide parcel pick-up service
• Makes change and keeps accurate register tills
• Maintains store including register, front-end, sales floor, restrooms, storage, freezer, and outside area in clean and sanitary condition
• Adheres to personal grooming, hygiene and uniform standards

Schedule: Flexible - Must be able to work some nights, weekends and/or holidays.
